The ocean view from Zimzala, Shorebreak Hotel's restaurant and bar and one of the much-loved of Huntington Beach restaurants, is one tall drink of water. Save your appetite, though: Zimzala is open for breakfast and dinner, and is big on the flavors of Southern California. Chef Damon Kelly is really into the bountiful produce that grows here year-round and puts it to tantalizing use in dishes that change each season. Come as you are -- we're friendly and mellow, just like the sun seekers catching rays on the nearby shore. Huntington Beach restaurants are as laidback as they come, but we know you're here to cut loose, too.
